MirrorMsg icon

Your Pebble says “[Image]”. We show the image.

For years, a picture message on a Pebble was just the word [Image]. MirrorMsg renders the actual photo on your wrist — from every app you use. Plus it fixes the emoji tofu, too.

You have no idea what she sent.
// with mirrormsg
A photo rendered on a Pebble watch
Oh — it's the dog.
// the feature pebble never had

Real images, on your wrist.

Photos, memes, screenshots — MirrorMsg renders them right on the Pebble screen, tuned to fit its display. No more pulling out your phone to see what someone sent.

// no more tofu

Emoji that actually show up.

Pebble only knows 64 emoji. Everything else arrives as blank tofu boxes. MirrorMsg swaps the ones it can't show for the closest emoji it can — so the message still makes sense.

// stock pebble
Emoji showing as blank boxes
“□□” — what was that?
// with mirrormsg
Emoji substituted with supported ones
A face you can actually read.

The original message? Two pleading-face emoji. Stock Pebble drops them entirely; MirrorMsg keeps the meaning.

Set it up once.

01

Install the app

The MirrorMsg Android app is in Play Store testing. Email your Google account address to hello@mirrormap.app to be added as a tester, then connect the services you use.

02

Pair your Pebble

Add the MirrorMsg watchapp and enter your MirrorMap code to unlock mirroring. No code yet? Subscribe to MirrorMap — Routes or Dash both include it.

03

See everything

Images, emoji, and every message land on your wrist — phone stays in your pocket.

// open source

Built in the open.

MirrorMsg runs entirely on your phone — no MirrorMsg server, nothing leaves your device. The whole Android app is public under AGPL-3.0. Mirroring to the watch is unlocked by an active MirrorMap subscription.
